Leo - The Archangel
Born as a son of Celestia, deity of light and good, Leo swore to destroy all thing that is not light, starting with all there is that remains evil. His coming to this magic dampened world in contrast to the plane of existence which he usually dwells has caused his etheral wings to perish, but his powers remain fearsome nonetheless. Everyone who sees him will be blinded and all who oppose him and his allies will fall in the oncoming crusade.

Slash Of Light Slash Of Light (F)
Leo loads his sword with the strenght of light, and unleashes it with a slash. An arch of light is thrusted at target location. It damages the first units it hits. It also blinds all nearby units for a duration. (350 AOE from the damaged units) All blinded units are applied a ministun.
Level 1 - Deals 100 damage. The targets have a chance to miss 15% of their attacks for 3 seconds.
Level 2 - Deals 175 damage. The targets have a chance to miss 18% of their attacks for 4 seconds.
Level 3 - Deals 275 damage. The targets have a chance to miss 21% of their attacks for 5 seconds.
Level 4 - Deals 350 damage. The targets have a chance to miss 27% of their attacks for 6 seconds.
It is your AOE spell and disabler. It would use the command codes of crushing wave and carrion swarm.
Mana Cost: 100/115/130/145
Cooldown: 15/15/15/12
Framework: Leo does attack motion, then an arch of light is released. Like sonic wave but without the line and only one of the archs (if you looks, you will notice it is made out of 3-6 archs. Bright white with a yellowish aura. Extends as a cone.
Notes: This spell works like Tinker's March of the Robots. Any target behind the primary ones will not be effected. For creep clearing and pushing, cause the other creeps cannot kill yours. And the high mana cost keeps it from being spammed and the damage is high because it is hard to aim.
Harbinger Of Light Harbinger Of Light (R)
The Archangel can harness the power of the light. Turns his attack to a ranged attack with a possibility of %20 blind for 4 seconds and minor bonus damage but drains mana with each strike. Orb effect.
Level 1 - 300 range. 7% chance of blinding. +5 damage. 9 mana drained per strike.
Level 2 - 375 range. 9% chance of blinding. +5 damage. 11 mana drained per strike.
Level 3 - 450 range. 11% chance of blinding. +5 damage. 13 mana drained per strike.
Level 4 - 500 range. 15% chance of blinding. +5 damage. 15 mana drained per strike.
Your skill used for chasing and farming. Cannot be used constantly due to high mana drainage in contrast to low mana pool.
Mana Cost: 75
Cooldown: 10
Framework: Regular strike but beams of light hits the target. Beams are just like thin, yellowish lasers.
Notes: This skill allows you to attack an escaping hero, or farm from a safe distance.
Rune of Light Rune of Light (U)
The Archangel carries a rune that helps nearby units. Gives armor, mana and hp regeneration aura. Does not apply to self.
Level 1 - 1 armor, 1 hp/sec and 1 mp/sec aura.
Level 2 - 2 armor, 2 hp/sec and 2 mp/sec aura.
Level 3 - 3 armor, 3 hp/sec and 3 mp/sec aura.
Level 4 - 4 armor, 4 hp/sec and 4 mp/sec aura.
What makes you a great pusher, supporter. Your aura.

Cooldown: N/A
Framework: A Nathrezim Buckler icon on you without the lightning bolts. Other units got the aura thing under them. Status icon shows.
Notes: This is your pusher aura. This is the spell that will help you get the tower with the horde of creeps.
Wrath of Light Wrath of Light (W)
The Archangel punishes all those who aren't light, forcing them to donate their life energies. Damages all enemy heroes for a set amount of damage, then distributes the total damage equally among your allies and self. Damage type is pure. If an enemy unit is killed using this spell, the spell damage will be used instead of remaining HP for the calculation. This process tires the ones who are not used to doing light deeds, therefore slowing them for a duration.
Level 1 - Removes 75 HP. Slows enemy heroes movement and attack speed by 15% for 5 seconds.
Level 2 - Removes 117 HP. Slows enemy heroes movement and attack speed by 30% for 5 seconds.
Level 3 - Removes 157 HP. Slows enemy heroes movement and attack speed by 45% for 5 seconds.
Level 4 - (With Aghanim's Scepter) Removes 200 HP. Slows enemy heroes movement and attack speed by 50% for 5 seconds.

Supporting ulti, or used for ksing :P

Cooldown: 120
Framework: Every hero is struck by light like Purist's purification effect. Status icon shows.
Notes: Gets you kills, and even not, gets your enemy slowed for you to chase, turn Harbinger of Light on and guaranteed kill. Also helps and ally if they are running on red health. Hero killing and supporting spell.
